Kano Pillars and super eagles Team ‘B’ goalkeeper, Joel Afelokhai’s car was involved in an accident in Kaduna on Friday night, which resulted into a serious damaging of the car – no life was lost.
The team captain of Kano Pillars who spoke to naij.com sports after the accident was full of thanks to God for keeping the car occupants from losing their lives.
“I give thanks to God no lives was lost, they all came out fresh without any scratch.
“How can you compare a car to that of a human life which is far more worthy than material things, it is a car afterall, I am not complaining and I only give thanks,” he added.
Speaking further the Premier league winning player said he has other cars to manage for the main time but he is happy he was not in the car at the time when his car brother who normally drive him around bashed the car.
